ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nicholas Horvath - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, community events and other networking.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Licensing required before start date.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
