Job description

  • Location: Remote (Only PST and CST locations)
  • Pay Rate: $33.67/h
  • Duration: 3 months - contract to hire


Key Responsibilities:
• Support the US Field Events team with event planning, logistics coordination, and operational execution
• Manage event supplies, branded materials, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination
• Coordinate planning meetings, event playbooks, timelines, and post-event reviews
• Assist with hotel blocks, travel coordination, vendor research, and venue logistics for strategic events
• Execute smaller-scale events independently, including booth setup, swag coordination, signage, and onsite support
• Support reporting, event tracking, invoice processing, and payment workflows
• Maintain event calendars, team contact lists, and department documentation
• Conduct data QA and maintain accuracy of event metrics, spend tracking, and performance reporting
• Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Workfront, Miro, Concur, and other collaborative platforms to support event operations
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, leadership, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution


Qualifications:
• 2+ years of event coordination, field marketing, or event operations experience
• Experience supporting live, virtual, and/or tradeshow events
• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute deliverables in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with the ability to learn independently and adapt quickly
• Comfortable supporting occasional evening or weekend event activities during peak seasons
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and workplace collaboration tools
