Five Star Bath Solutions – Metro Detroit, Michigan
Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Schedule: Weekdays, evenings, and weekends based on event schedules
Compensation: $22.00 per hour plus performance bonuses
Service Area: Metro Detroit and surrounding communities
Five Star Bath Solutions is seeking energetic, outgoing, and dependable Event Marketing Representatives to represent our company at home shows, community festivals, fairs, expos, retail events, and other promotional events throughout the Metro Detroit area.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, creating positive conversations, and working in an upbeat event environment. You do not need to sell bathroom remodeling projects at the event. Your primary responsibility is to engage homeowners, introduce them to Five Star Bath Solutions, gather accurate contact information, and schedule qualified in-home consultations with our design team.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Represent Five Star Bath Solutions professionally at shows, festivals, expos, and community events.
  • Greet event attendees and start friendly, natural conversations.
  • Ask homeowners questions about their bathroom remodeling needs.
  • Explain the benefits of scheduling a complimentary in-home consultation.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for homeowners interested in bathroom renovations.
  • Accurately collect and submit customer contact and appointment information.
  • Follow approved company scripts, promotional guidelines, and qualification standards.
  • Assist with booth setup, organization, cleaning, and breakdown.
  • Maintain an attractive, welcoming, and professional booth throughout the event.
  • Protect company equipment, displays, promotional materials, and customer information.
  • Communicate appointment activity and event results to management.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and event preparation meetings.
  • Travel to scheduled events throughout Metro Detroit and surrounding areas.

Compensation
  • $22.00 per hour
  • $40.00 bonus for each qualified appointment that is completed
  • $125.00 bonus for each completed appointment that results in a sale
  • Additional contests, incentives, and performance bonuses may be offered.
  • Approved mileage and travel expenses will be reimbursed according to company policy.
  • Hotel accommodations and per diem may be provided for approved overnight events.
Schedule Requirements
Our events are held throughout the week, with the greatest need during:
  • Friday evenings
  • Saturdays
  • Sundays
  • Holiday weekends
  • Seasonal festivals and community events
Candidates must have reliable transportation and the flexibility to work a rotating event schedule. Hours will vary based on event dates, attendance, and location.
Physical Requirements
Candidates must be able to:
  • Stand and interact with event attendees for several hours.
  • Walk throughout event venues as needed.
  • Assist with transporting and setting up lightweight promotional materials.
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions when assigned to outdoor events.
  • Safely lift and carry approximately 30 pounds.
