Job Title: Event Security Staff

Location: Huntsville/Madison
Job Type: Part-Time / Temporary / On-Call

Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and professional Event Security Staff to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property at various events. This role involves maintaining a visible presence, managing crowd control, and responding quickly to any incidents or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor event areas to prevent theft, vandalism, or disruptions
  • Check tickets, credentials, and control access points
  • Manage crowd flow and enforce venue rules
  • Respond to emergencies, conflicts, or suspicious behavior
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining authority
  • Coordinate with event organizers and local authorities if needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous security experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours including days/afternoons/nights & weekends. (Events can be indoors & Outdoors)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable Transportation (public transportation is not considered as reliable transportation)

Pay Rate: $12-$15 depending on Experience
