JOB DESCRIPTION

St. James Corner is located in the 100 year old, historic Radio Block building in Victoria Park. The building's original brick walls lend to the cozy yet classy atmosphere of this upscale Irish pub! With 20 taps featuring local and worldly beers, a full and contemporary menu as well as pub classics, we have a reputation of quality product and service.


We are looking for a passionate, experienced manager to lead our sales team in this beautiful and busy neighborhood pub. This manager would be in charge of all aspects of the operations of the business including:


  • Guest experience
  • Labour and operating costs
  • Food and beverage costs, inventory
  • Event planning and marketing
  • Staff hiring, training, culture and accountability


The ideal candidate would have sales experience as well as previous leadership roles in a food and beverage sales environment. Proserve and Protect certification is a must. This candidate would be available full time, with the understanding shifts could potentially be days, evenings and weekends.
