HH/PTA Ratio: 1:6 Years of experience REQ: 2 First-timers accepted: (Y/N) No Weekend REQ: weekend not required Certs REQ: BLS Skills REQ: Cardiopulmonary, Geriatrics, Medical Surgical, Orthopedics, Home Health, Adaptive Devices, AROM/AAROM/PROM, Arousal and Attention, Assistive Devices, Body Mechanics, Identifying Environmental Barriers, Pain assessment, Sensory response, Skin integrity, Strength testing, Vital Signs, Breathing Techniques, Assessment, Time Management, Gait belt, Rolling Walker, Sliding boards, Standard Walker, Supplemental Oxygen, Total hip replacement, Total knee replacement, Home Exercise Program, Lifting and transfer, Medications, Order Supplies, Patient family education, Scheduling appointments, Telephone calls, PTA, State licensed Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) No Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule?
