Job Title: TIG Welder / Fabricator

This 1st shift TIG Welder/Fabricator role focuses on the fabrication, welding, assembly, and finishing of custom stainless steel handrail systems in a high-end architectural environment. You will rotate through multiple departments, gaining experience in welding, fabrication, and general assembly rather than welding 100% of the time. The position offers structured training, clear production goals, and the opportunity to develop proficiency across the full fabrication process while contributing to the delivery of precision railing systems.

Essential Skills

• Hands-on TIG welding experience with stainless steel, including the ability to produce quality welds in horizontal and vertical positions.
• Experience in stainless steel fabrication, including cutting tube, grinding, polishing, bending, and assembly.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, shop drawings, project plans, and weld symbols.
• Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and fabrication details accurately.
• Comfort working across multiple departments, including welding, fabrication, and assembly, and rotating between tasks as needed
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving mindset

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of COLUMBIA, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
