What you get to do:
  • Follow up with guests regarding lost articles and return options.
  • Respond to and resolve guest questions and comments received via Email, Google, and Trip Advisor.
  • Use spreadsheets to track and enter information, guest comments, and refund requests.
  • Follow up with other departments regarding requests and formal comments.
  • Input Guest Comments into the Guest Correspondence Database and correspond with Park Senior Leadership for resolutions.
  • Communicate with guests in a professional and courteous manner, while maintaining the company expectations with compensation and communication.
  • Have the ability to work independently and communicate with leadership when necessary.

What it takes to succeed:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Proficient in Microsoft systems such as Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated ability for strong problem-solving skills and be guest oriented.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in systems like Outlook, Trip Advisor, Google, etc.
  • Theme Park experience preferred.
  • The ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours, i.e. able to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays.
