KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with facility policy and physician orders
  • Administer medications and treatments; document accurately in the EMR
  • Communicate patient status changes to the care team and attending physician
  • Maintain compliance with infection control, regulatory standards, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

  • Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
  • BLS certification — current
  • Minimum 1 year Med/Surg RN experience
  • EMR proficiency
