Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position on a 30-bed Stroke and Urology unit, requiring at least 1 year of experience and a TX or compact RN license.

  • Work on the 4 South Surgical Nursing unit, a 30-bed Stroke and Urology unit
  • Day shift schedule: 6:45 AM โ€“ 7:15 PM
  • 13-week contract
  • Epic EMR used for charting
Requirements
  • Active TX or compact RN license required
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
  • Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NIH Stroke Scale
  • Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
  • Driver's License required for consideration
  • Two professional references required for consideration
Additional Information
  • Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, coordinating multi-disciplinary care, and managing discharge planning
  • Navy or maroon scrubs required
