Job Title: Mobile PICC Registered Nurse (PRN)
Location: Columbia, MO and Surrounding Areas
Schedule: PRN / Per Diem | Flexible Shifts
About the Role

We’re hiring skilled and dependable Mobile PICC RNs to perform ultrasound-guided PICC and Midline insertions in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), long-term acute care centers (LTACs), and in-home settings.
This flexible, field-based role is ideal for RNs who value independence, clinical impact, and professional respect. You’ll travel across the Columbia region responding to line placement requests as part of a high-performing vascular access team.
Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to clinical facilities or homes to perform vascular access procedures
  • Independently insert PICC, Midline, or peripheral IVs based on clinical assessment
  • Maintain strict sterile technique and follow infection control protocols
  • Accurately document procedures in EMR systems
  • Coordinate with providers, triage nurses, and staff to ensure timely care
  • Provide patient education post-insertion and support long-term catheter care
Qualifications

  • Active RN license in the state of Missouri
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with independent PICC and/or Midline insertions
