Skilled Nursing Registered Nurse (RN)Role Summary

Experience the rewards of long-term care in a dedicated 40-bed skilled nursing facility. As a Skilled Nursing RN, you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents during the critical overnight shift. You will be responsible for the full nursing process—assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans while ensuring that residents maintain their dignity, independence, and comfort. This role is ideal for a clinician who excels at building long-term relationships with residents and their families while maintaining the rigorous clinical standards required for IV therapy and advanced wound care.

Key Duties:

  • Comprehensive Care Management: Assess, plan, and coordinate individualized care for residents, making real-time adjustments to care plans as clinical needs evolve.

  • Clinical Excellence: Administer medications and complex treatments, including IV medications and professional dressing changes, with a deep understanding of therapeutic effects and potential side effects.
