The Jr. Embroidery Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by expertly operating embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered designs on various textiles. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure that each piece meets precise specifications and quality standards. The operator will be responsible for setting up machines, selecting appropriate threads and materials, and monitoring the embroidery process to prevent defects. Collaboration with the design and production teams is essential to interpret patterns accurately and meet production deadlines. Ultimately, the Embroidery Operator contributes to the company's reputation for excellence by delivering consistent, visually appealing embroidered products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating embroidery machines or similar textile manufacturing equipment.
  • Basic understanding of embroidery patterns, thread types, and fabric characteristics.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or design templates.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Formal training or certification in textile manufacturing or embroidery technology.
  • Experience with computerized embroidery machines and related software.
