Machine Operator

Location: Woodpark Blvd Ste A, Charlotte, NC 28206
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Overtime: Occasional Saturday or Sunday may be required based on business needs
Shift Options:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | $17.00/hour
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM | $17.50/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Machine Operators to support production operations in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring product quality, preparing materials, maintaining a clean work area, and following all company safety and production procedures.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and able to work overtime when business needs require it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Monitor machines during operation to ensure products meet quality standards
  • Load materials into machines and remove finished products as needed
  • Inspect products for defects, accuracy, and overall quality
  • Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Report machine issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to a supervisor
  • Assist with packing, labeling, staging, or general production support as needed
  • Meet daily production goals and maintain consistent workflow
  • Work occasional weekend overtime when required by business needs
Qualifications
  • Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Willingness to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays or Sundays, when needed
