Job Summary:

We are currently hiring an Embroidery Machine Operator to join our fast-paced, high-performing production team. If you're detail-oriented, skilled in embroidery operations, and take pride in your craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret work orders to determine embroidery placement, thread colors, and design specifications
  • Upload logos and artwork into machines using Pulse software
  • Select proper hoops, thread colors, and backing material for each garment
  • Set up and operate multi-head embroidery machines with precision
  • Monitor machines during operation, performing thread and bobbin changes as needed
  • Conduct light finishing work, including steaming or ironing to smooth embroidery areas
  • Repair defective embroidery or fill in blanks as needed (Stitch Busting process)
  • Fold, pack, and prepare finished orders
  • Assist with quality control inspections to ensure top-tier results
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures
  • Ability to work overtime during peak production seasons

Ideal Candidate Profile: 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating automatic embroidery machines
  • Proficient with design uploads, hooping, thread selection, and using proper backing materials
  • Familiarity with Pulse software (or similar embroidery software platforms)
  • Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
  • Comfortable operating multiple machines simultaneously
  • Dependable, punctual, and capable of working efficiently in a team environment
