What you will be doing 

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe and efficient processing of soups and sauces. 

Main responsibilities 

Set up, start, operate, and shut down production machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards. 

Monitor equipment during operation to ensure consistent performance and product quality. 

Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting. 

Report mechanical issues to maintenance and assist with minor repairs as needed. 

Follow batch sheets, recipes, and production instructions accurately. 

Record production data, including yields, downtime, and material usage. 

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment. 

Comply with all food safety, GMP, and safety regulations. 

Assist with product changeovers and equipment adjustments. 

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets. 

What we are searching for 

Previous machine operation experience in a food manufacturing or production environment preferred. 

Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability. 

Understanding of food safety practices and manufacturing standards (GMP, HACCP). 

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. 

Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. 

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
