Job Summary:
Carlisle Companies is looking for a self-motivated, hard-working, and dependable Production Associate to assist with the manufacturing of quality product and be part of great teamwork environment at our busy Kingman facility. The Associate will ensure following all Safety Policies & Procedures, apply all Quality Control systems, and operate mechanical equipment to complete all required tasks. Henry Company is a leader in Building Envelope Systems®, managing the flow of water, vapor, air and energy from foundation to roof. Our quality products offer designers, contractors and building owners the right solutions for below grade, walls and roofs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Operator uses equipment to assist with manufacturing, batching, filling, packaging, and other steps along a production line
  • Utilizes and ensures safe use of operating equipment as trained, such as; Forklifts, pumps, mixers, valves, as well as maintain high levels of housekeeping on the go
  • Has the ability to read, write, perform basic mathematical equations, understand, and follow instructions detailed on Work Orders (i.e. Batch Tickets)
  • Gathers and maintains high stocking levels of all required components in a promptly manner, to efficiently package mixed product as determined on Batch tickets
  • Records all required data on batch tickets, completes daily, weekly, monthly check list(s) and equipment logs as required
  • Understands KPI's and meets production targets given per task
  • Completes quality testing and records testing data as required
  • Disassembles, cleans and reassembles equipment as needed and trained to do so
  • Attends all training programs as required and sponsored by the company
  • Performs required tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
  • Applies and follows all OSHA and Henry safety standards, policies and procedures that pertain to tasks performed
  • Maintain Cleanliness and possess organizational skills, keeps housekeeping at designated area as well as work site level
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Self-starter and be able to work with little direct supervision
  • Previous experience in a production environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be dependable and have a good attendance record
  • Previous experience safely operating a forklift
  • Flexible to work overtime, as needed

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED is Preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Working Conditions:
  • Fast paced manufacturing environment where workers are exposed to both ambient/outside temperatures and dust; working with mechanical parts and pinch points; exposure to increased noise levels.
  • Hours worked: 8-10 hours/shift, varies on shift schedule and business volume.
  • Flexible to the possibility of overtime and weekend hours when required.
