About the Role:We're looking for a Video Editor to lead the creation of high-performing video content across podcasts, YouTube, and social media platforms. Requirements:
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in video production, preferably in fast-paced content, media, or marketing environments.
- Strong experience producing and editing long-form podcast content and repurposing it into engaging short-form social content.
- Strong editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Sharp storytelling instincts with a strong understanding of pacing, emotional impact, and audience retention-especially for short-form content.
- Minimum B2 level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and move quickly in a collaborative environment.
