Job description

Kellogg, Hansen, Todd Figel & Frederick, P.L.L.C. is seeking qualified Contract Attorneys to assist Partners and Associates in large complex litigation matters. This position will provide the opportunity to practice and expand your legal experience by providing valuable insight into the discovery process in different areas of litigation. The candidate must have the ability to appropriately handle critical information and sensitive situations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing document productions or determining responsive or relevance for document production
  • Identification and analysis of documents for use in deposition or case relevance, or other identified issues, or privilege issues
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Law degree
  • Actively barred in DC
  • Must have hands-on familiarity with a variety of computer applications, including word processing, databases (such as document review and file management systems), spreadsheets, and imaging.
  • Hands-on familiarity with ESI tools and knowledge of e-discovery procedures and resources.
