Overview
We're hiring a detailoriented professional to join our Member Services team at United Placement Group, supporting estateplanning clients from our University Park office. In this role, you'll review and proofread estate planning documents, coordinate member plan changes, and help ensure every plan is accurate and compliant.

Key responsibilities

  • Review and proof documents (trusts, wills, related forms) for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate member plan enrollments, updates, and replacements.
  • Perform quality checks on reports and plan changes.
  • Respond to member inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Ideal background

  • Paralegal education or 3+ years in legal assistant, insurance/benefits, or similar documentheavy coordination role.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple files.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Office.
