What are some typical challenges faced by Weekend Dispatchers and how are they managed?

Weekend Dispatchers often face unique challenges such as handling higher call volumes, coordinating urgent or last-minute requests, and managing resources with potentially limited staff. To successfully manage these challenges, dispatchers rely on prioritization, quick decision-making, and strong communication with drivers or field teams. Most companies provide thorough training and ongoing support to help you handle fast-paced situations and unexpected issues.
