Job description

Looking to hire a holder of a bachelor's degree in human services, Sociology, Psychology or related field to provide supervision and ongoing support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation and overall evaluation of Person needs. The overall goal of the position is to enhance the quality of person satisfaction and to promote continuity of service provided to support persons towards their independence. Enhance the quality of written reports (Annual, quarterly, monthly and daily reports)

Requirements/Expectations:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must hold a bachelor's degree in human services, Sociology, Psychology or related field and have the ability to satisfactory complete and/or arrange for completion of each essential duty. The requirements listed are a representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must work full time Monday - Friday and be flexible to work weekends and evenings when necessary. Must drive.

This position requires ability to travel to sites, multitask, and meet deadlines, proofreading skill, flexibility, time management, organization, hands on, and acceptance to changes.
