Weekend Deicing involves applying de-icing agents to surfaces during winter, focusing on preventing ice buildup. Snow Plow Operators actively operate plow trucks to clear snow from roads and pathways. Both roles require safety training and outdoor winter work, but deicing is more about treatment, while plowing is about physical removal of snow.
