We’re expanding our in-house sales team and looking for driven, compassionate professionals who want to make a meaningful impact while building a rewarding career.

Position Summary

As an In-House Sales Representative, you’ll speak with individuals seeking help with unsecured debt, assess their financial situation, and guide them into customized debt relief programs. You’ll work in a supportive environment with warm leads, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to earn residual commissions for the life of each client plan.

This is a full-time, in-office position at our Gilbert office — ideal for someone looking for a stable base pay with strong earning potential and career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients seeking debt relief solutions.
• Build rapport and understand each client’s financial challenges.
• Explain program options clearly and guide clients through enrollment.
• Maintain compliance and accurate documentation in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly performance goals with integrity and professionalism.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• No weekends or major holidays (Christmas, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $18.00/hour (40 hours/week guaranteed)

Monthly Commission:

• 10% upfront payment (Paid Weekly)
• $50 per first cleared payment (average plan: 30 months at $199.95/month)
• Commissions for first cleared payments are paid monthly on the first Friday of the following month

Average First-Year Income: $55,000–$75,000+ (uncapped)
