Job Title: Administrative Clerk (Temporary)
Pay Rate: $22.08/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Temporary (July through August)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Clerk to support office operations during a busy seasonal period. This role will focus on clerical and administrative tasks, with an emphasis on document management and data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Create electronic records from hard copy files and upload them into an archive system
- Maintain accurate digital records accessible to customer service and warranty teams
- Support scheduling, data entry, and general administrative tasks
- Provide project support to team members as needed
- Complete standard onboarding and adhere to office procedures
- Perform strictly office-based administrative work
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong 10-key data entry skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
This is a true temporary position designed to support administrative workload during the July–August timeframe.
