Job description

Position Summary

Coordinates with the Quality Department to support the effective management of document control, product certification, iShare data, and product flow. Manages quality inquires, customer and vendor contacts and certifications.

Primary Focus
  • D&I Request Fulfillment (Customer - Regulatory Certifications)
  • Material Review Board
  • Supplier Notification and Follow-up of Quality Concerns
  • Prepare Reports and documentation
  • ISO9001 support
  • Warranty data entry
Job Functions
  • Complete documentation requirements as requested by the customer
  • Answer questions for customer related concerns on products and documentation
  • Provide actual and sample certifications to acquire projects/orders
  • Scan documents into Document Manager
  • Maintain iShare data for product approvals and generate quality reports
  • Maintain Document Manager files, and enter non-conformances into Fusion Lifecycle/PLM as needed
  • Perform PLM corrections/edits to improve report results
  • Take Pictures of product and add to appropriate PLM file, issue supplier notifications and writes NCR # on product
  • Coordinate material removal to scrap bin or relocation to warehouse and reconciliation of material return to supplier for credit confirmation
  • Archiving of Scrap tickets and referencing of past scrap tickets, if needed.
  • Manage document systems, warranty products received within PLM, SSIN Transactions, inventory documentation, and completion and distribution of reports required by customers
  • Work with supplier around the world on quality concerns
  • Return products to suppliers as requested for quality concerns
  • Performs data entry of reports, enter return authorizations within the product lifecycle management system when required
  • Collect information, collate data, and issue reports: OPEX document, Supplier Review, PDCA, Quality Escapes, Warranty metrics - documentation requested by customers, products received, products tested, time to evaluate, lead warranty inventory.
  • Write/Issue Quality Alerts, 8d documentation, and mange SSIN document Material Transfer.
  • ISO 9001 review and update documents
Requirements
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in Business or Engineering
  • 1 - 4 years performing office work and plant floor work.
  • High percentage of work involves walking, standing, and working on the plant floor.
  • In addition, the position will engage with all levels of employees.
