What You Will Be Building* Self-Serve Dashboards & Reports — Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau Next that serve as a reliable, self-serve source of truth for stakeholders across shelfware, MCP adoption, and P&L metrics* Metric Standardization — Help standardize metric definitions and maintain the semantic layer within the data product, working alongside the Analytics Engineer* Analysis & Insights — Turn ad-hoc stakeholder questions into fast, credible analysis, and contribute to broader insights delivery for CCO and Customer Success leadership* Data Stewardship — Partner directly with stakeholders to resolve reporting issues and keep improving the reporting experience.
