Job Title: Data Analyst - PLM Implementation

Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid)

Work Schedule: Hybrid

Pay Rate: $55-$60 per hour

Job Type: 1-year (Contract)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support a large-scale Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementation initiative. This role will be responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, cleansing, and transforming product data to support successful migration and implementation activities within a new PLM environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project leads to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and readiness for multiple data migration cycles. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Validation
  • Support project and workstream leads responsible for Bills of Material (BOMs), Parts, and associated documentation.
  • Analyze, validate, and verify data for multiple migration and data load activities.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across PLM and ERP systems.
  • Identify data quality issues and support remediation efforts.
  • Pull, analyze, and interpret data to support informed business decisions.

Data Migration & Cleanup

  • Support data cleansing initiatives for PLM and ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with business users and IT teams to execute data corrections and mass updates.
  • Assist in defining data transformation requirements between legacy and future-state systems.
  • Validate migrated data to ensure successful implementation outcomes.

Reporting & Insights

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Analyze trends, patterns, and business insights from large datasets.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Support reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.

Documentation & Process Support

  • Develop and maintain documentation control methodologies supporting PLM processes.
  • Create, review, and update work instructions and process documentation.
  • Support process standardization and governance activities.
  • Assist with user support, reporting requests, and data-related inquiries.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or related role.
  • Strong experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience working with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
