Dance Instructor

Are you passionate about dance and love working with kids? At Showcase Dance Studio, dance is more than movement-it's a way to build confidence, character, and life skills in a safe, age-appropriate environment.
We're seeking a reliable, enthusiastic instructor who wants to make a meaningful impact while growing alongside a supportive, values-driven team.

Instructor Career & Growth Path
At Showcase Dance Studio, we offer a clear Instructor Career & Growth Path designed to support dedicated educators with transparency, structure, and long-term opportunity. Starting pay is determined using our structured framework, which considers verifiable teaching experience, training, and alignment with current studio needs. Advancement and rate increases are earned through consistency, teaching impact, and ongoing contribution.
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Is dependable, organized, and respects schedules
- Creates a positive, structured classroom
- Leads with kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Can commit to the full teaching season (September-June) and values consistency for students
Teaching Seasons
- Fall: September-early June (culminates in our annual recital)
- Summer: Monthly 3-day workshops (June-August)
