As a Cybersecurity Consultant in our Analytical Solutions Group, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients by performing cybersecurity assessments, evaluating security controls, and providing actionable recommendations to strengthen cybersecurity programs. We're looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, assessment or auditing experience, and the ability to communicate complex cybersecurity concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Perform cybersecurity assessments and evaluate information technology and security controls across client environments
  • Review and assess compliance with NIST SP 800-171 (CMMC) and other applicable cybersecurity frameworks
  • Provide practical recommendations to strengthen cybersecurity controls and reduce organizational risk
  • Support cybersecurity consulting engagements focused on governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives
  • Assist with maintenance of Guernsey's ISO/IEC 17020:2012 conformity requirements
  • Contribute to business development efforts through public speaking, proposal support, and relationship building
  • Stay current on cybersecurity threats, industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies
  • Travel to client sites or meetings as required

What You Bring to the Team:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
  • Certification as CISA, CRISC, CISSP preferred, or the ability to obtain certification
  • Certification as a Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA) preferred, or the ability to obtain certification
  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant professional experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of cybersecurity assessment, audit, or related review experience
  • Client service or consulting experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work under pressure
  • Public speaking and business development experience is highly desirable

Essential Physical Functions:
Sit/stand at a desk or computer
Walk, stoop, stand and move around job sites
Travel and occasional site visits requiring stooping, standing, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
Frequent communication via phone, video, or in-person meetings
Ability to focus on digital and paper-based information for extended periods
Some project-based travel may be required
