Dixon Rehabilitation and Health Care Center - Dixon, IL

Part Time Sign On Bonus: $5,000.00

Full-Time Sign On Bonus: $10,000.00

FT Days + Rotating Weekends! (8hr Shifts) 6:00am - 2:30pm

PT Nights + Rotating Weekends! (8hr Shifts) 10:00pm - 6:30am

Increased Staffing Ratios!

Up to $40.50hr + Shift Differential Available!

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Registered Nurse| RN, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. As a Registered Nurse | RN, you will also be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shift; includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
