Job Title: ICU RN Location: Hinesville, Georgia Type: Permanent Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000/year Sign on Bonus: $500 Shift: 7a-7p; every other weekend Hours: 36 Hours per Week Join a dynamic healthcare team as an ICU Registered Nurse in the fast-paced step-down unit, providing critical care to high-acuity patients. This opportunity offers the chance to work onsite in Hinesville, Georgia, with flexible hours and competitive pay. Responsibilities • Provide direct care to critically ill and high-acuity patients. • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring. • Titrate IV medications in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols. • Monitor and manage patients requiring intensive nursing care. • Interpret and respond to changes in patient condition. • Monitor arterial lines and central venous pressure (CVP) lines. • Care for patients requiring invasive and non-invasive ventilation. • Perform ventilation monitoring and assessments every two hours. • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements • Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) License. • Previous ICU, Step-Down, PCU, or Trauma Nursing experience. • Strong critical care background. • Current ACLS Certification. • Current BLS Certification. • Current PALS Certification.
