Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative at PostalAnnex+ in Hood River, OR!

Are you a people person with a passion for helping others? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, PostalAnnex+ in Hood River, OR, is looking for you! We're a one-stop business service center dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences, and we’re excited to welcome a friendly, customer-focused individual to our team.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative at PostalAnnex+, you'll be the face of our business, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Assisting customers with shipping, packaging, and mailing needs. - Providing knowledgeable recommendations on our products and services. - Handling transactions efficiently and accurately. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. - Supporting customers with printing, copying, and other business services. - Creating a welcoming environment for all customers, including those who speak Spanish (a major plus!).
