Job description

The Opportunity We are looking for a Client Concierge (CSR) to be the first point of contact for our company. You are not a "gatekeeper" trying to screen people out; you are the welcoming voice that invites them in.

  • The Vibe: You are the "Director of First Impressions." Whether a client calls, texts, or submits a form online, you make them feel heard and valued.
  • The Team: You will be joining two other CSRs. The volume is manageable, allowing you to focus on quality interaction rather than rushing through calls.

The Schedule (Please Read Carefully) This is not a standard 9-to-5 position. This role is perfect for someone who prefers free mornings. You must be available for the following rotational schedule:

  • Week A (Weekday Focus): Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM.
  • Week B (Weekend Rotation): Includes Saturday (8 AM – 6 PM) and Sunday (11 AM – 5 PM) plus weekday shifts 9 AM until 5:30 PM.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Intake: Handling incoming leads via phone, text, and website submissions.
  • Traffic Control: Routing leads to the appropriate Estimator based on the project type and location.
  • Support: Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Learning: You don't need to be a construction expert, but you need to learn enough to know the difference between a bathroom remodel and a deck repair (we will train you).

The Tech Environment

  • Hardware: You will work on a company-provided Mac Desktop and iPhone.
  • Software: We run on Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets).
  • Requirement: You must be comfortable with Apple products and able to navigate digital spreadsheets. We are a paperless office.
