Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and multiple service platforms
  • Efficiently switch between platforms and systems while assisting customers
  • Handle multiple tasks and customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Resolve issues in a timely and positive mannerFollow company procedures and meet performance expectations

Requirements

Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
