Job description

Security Scheduling Coordinator - Thursday through Sunday 11:30pm to 7:30am starting at $19.00 per hour.

We are looking for experienced Security Personnel, preferably with experience in WinTeam, to work in our Client Service Center (CSC). Your role will be fielding all incoming calls into the CSC and working closely with Security Officers to assist in their scheduling needs. You will have administrative tasks throughout your shift as well as covering call offs. Must have great customer service skills, exceptional telephone etiquette and the ability to multitask and problem solve.

Responsibilities:

  • Possess strong customer service and public relation skills and be able to interact well with people of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Provides administrative support functions for the Operations team.
  • Takes direction from the Operations managers and determines the necessary service requirements to fulfill the contractual responsibilities with our client base.
  • Coordinate services and operational and administrative support needs.
  • Utilize our scheduling software to track employee work schedules and to fill open positions due to call offs or requests for additional coverage.
  • Troubleshoot emerging client service issues.
  • Collaborate with personnel and Operations managers to ensure deadlines are completed on time and within the scope of work.
  • Work consistently with Operations Managers to ensure our clients receive the best possible service. 
  • Directing/routing calls to the appropriate department or personal voice mails.
  • Ability to use Window based programs.
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and email).
  • Ability to multi-task during the work shift.
  • Willingness and ability to work weekends, holidays, and cover additional shifts as required by company needs.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Prior Supervisory experience in the security industry or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle all situations and make quick decisions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
