Job Description Cruise & Travel Sales Specialist Orlando, FL - In Office $50,000 + Uncapped Commission | Benefits Package Key Responsibilities Convert inbound leads into confirmed bookings Recommend tailored cruise and tour vacation packages Present premium, high-value travel itineraries Build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales Prepare accurate quotes and booking documentation Meet and exceed sales and performance KPI Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the booking journey Required Experience Travel industry experience required Cruise sales experience strongly preferred Knowledge of destinations in Asia, Europe, and South America is a plus Experience selling premium or multi-component vacations advantageous Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and online research tools Ideal Candidate Proven sales success in a KPI-driven environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Commercially minded with a customer-first approach Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Flexible availability, including weekends as required
