What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes)
  • Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
  • Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism
  • Handle project paperwork and scope approvals
  • While this role does not manage people-it leads jobs and ensures successful completion

What It Takes:

  • Valid driver's license + clean driving record
  • Local candidate (must respond within 1 hour of call)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar preferred
  • Comfortable with dynamic schedules and occasional overnight travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation
  • Xactimate experience
  • A track record of successful community engagement and outreach 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software

What is a Hybrid Pay Structure?
In this role, you earn money based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates-Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of eighteen dollars per hour.
