We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Craps Dealer to join our gaming team. This position is responsible for accurately performing assigned duties, upholding game integrity, and delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced table-games environment. All applicants must successfully complete a Craps Dealer audition to be considered for the role.

Location: The Nash Casino - 310 Daniel Webster Highway - Nashua, NH
Hours: Full-time: Variable hours (1st shift/swing shift/late-night shift) weekends and holiday's required
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with the operation of Craps games in accordance with established rules, procedures, and house standards.
  • Perform assigned dealer positions at the table under supervision, including stick, base, or box positions as qualified.
  • Ensure all wagers are placed before dice are thrown and follow table game procedures at all times.
  • Handle chips, currency exchanges, and payouts accurately under the direction of supervisory staff.
  • Inspect dice as directed and maintain awareness of dice control and game protection procedures.
  • Maintain continuous visual attention to dice, wagers, and player actions to support game integrity.
  • Follow all internal controls, gaming regulations, and table game policies.
  • Explain basic Craps rules, payouts, and etiquette clearly to guests when appropriate.
  • Accept coaching, feedback, and ongoing training to improve dealing skills and game knowledge.
  • Identify and promptly report irregularities, errors, or unusual activity to supervisory staff.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a willingness to learn at all times.

Education and Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous casino dealing experience required
  • Must successfully pass all required pre-screening, including a live Craps audition and background checks.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid New Hampshire gaming license.

Physical/Mental Working Demands
  • Ability to move throughout the gaming floor for the duration of the shift.
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, and balance in a fast-paced gaming environment.
  • Ability to access, interpret, and understand information on gaming systems and table layouts.
  • Ability to work in environments with loud noise, guest chatter, overhead music, live entertainment, and where smoking is permitted.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and respond to visual and auditory cues.
  • Requires hand-eye coordination and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
