Overview
The Craps Dealer is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while dealing an accurate, friendly, and efficient game of Craps according to Golden Nugget procedures and gaming regulations. This position requires strong mathematical skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to create an engaging and welcoming environment for all guests.
Responsibilities
  • Deal Craps in accordance with Golden Nugget procedures and state gaming regulations.
  • Maintain game pace that is efficient, accurate, and enjoyable for players.
  • Ensure all payouts, collections, and buy-ins are handled correctly and in compliance with internal controls.
  • Engage guests in a friendly, upbeat, and professional manner to enhance their gaming experience.
  • Monitor game activity and immediately report suspicious behavior or potential cheating to supervisors.
  • Protect company assets by following table game protection techniques and maintaining game integrity at all times.
  • Manage player disputes calmly and professionally, escalating issues when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized table and ensure gaming equipment is used properly.
  • Participate in ongoing training and refreshers to stay current with policies and regulatory updates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to perform quick mental calculations.
