• Create personalized therapy programs for clients, including comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine individual needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for diverse individuals, groups, families, and couples, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and improve client outcomes, sharing insights and strategies for effective treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and the integrity of client information.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training to stay updated with current trends and advancements in mental health care.

As a member of our team, you will serve a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals facing anxiety and mood disorders to families working through complex interpersonal dynamics. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• A valid and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, with a strong preference for clinical settings that involve direct client interactions.
• Solid understanding of legal and ethical principles in mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, sharing responsibilities and insights to enhance client care.
• Comfortable using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies to manage patient interactions and documentation.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse interventions is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and current trends in mental health treatment.
• Proven track record of establishing a strong therapeutic relationship with clients from diverse backgrounds.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 per year, reflective of your experience and professional qualifications.
