Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Handle and store raw materials, cooked food, and non-food supplies properly
  • Order, restock, and maintain inventories for kitchen supplies and equipment
  • Prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Follow establishment recipes when preparing meals
  • Prepare ingredients in accordance with menu requirements
  • Adhere to food health and safety procedures
  • Cook, clean, and assist other staff in daily operations
  • Deliver food in a fast-paced environment
  • Work shifts as assigned by the Dietary Director
