Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in Telemetry will work under the virtual integrated care nursing model. The nurse is responsible for monitoring and managing patients with conditions such as CHF, diabetes, PNA, CKD, and m/s tele. They must be able to read strips as tele-monitor techs oversee patient monitoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage patients with various diagnoses, including CHF, diabetes, and CKD.
  • Read and interpret telemetry strips.
  • Work scheduled shifts as provided; block scheduling is not available.
  • Float to all med/surg units as required.

Requirements:

  • BLS Certification
  • Great communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work every other weekend and holidays
