Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting the warehouse manager by ensuring the timely delivery of food, beverages, and other products throughout the venue. This position is responsible for stocking concessions stands, portables, and commissaries, while maintaining clean and organized work areas. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as responsibilities may rotate depending on event and operational needs.

Essential Functions of Position Include, But Are Not Limited To The Following:

  • Report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and dock areas.
  • Restock food and beverage products in concession stands.
  • Inspect stands for deficiencies and resolve issues as needed.
  • Assist in moving equipment for stadium events.
  • Perform general housekeeping and cleaning in concessions areas.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds (boxes, supplies).
  • Availability to work extended or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands to finger, and handle controls. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to stand, walk, and bend. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
