Job Description


  • Work with our Office Management Staff on a Day to Day basis
  • Serves as the liaison to various departments in the organization
  • Research as needed
  • Manage Calendar
  • Draft daily correspondences, create PowerPoint presentations, and work on complex Excel spreadsheets
  • Coordinate 3rd party vendors 
  • Revel online order setup
  • Manage digital sites - yelp, google, trip advisor, etc
  • Help post social content
  • Job posts on social & web
  • Coordinate charity donations
  • Create truck private event and catering menus
  • Update truck schedule on web and social
  • Manage online shop - send out gift cards that are purchased, update store w/shirt, glasses, etc
  • Help with catering - printing labels, private event signs, etc
  • Picking up marketing materials - shirts from vendor, printed items from Printers
