What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Weekend Content Labelling Specialist, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Weekend Content Labelling Specialist, you need strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and familiarity with content moderation or data annotation, often supported by a relevant diploma or degree. Experience with content management systems, labelling platforms, and possibly certifications in data annotation tools like Labelbox or AWS SageMaker Ground Truth are often required. Excellent communication, time management, and the ability to work independently are critical soft skills for this role. These skills ensure accurate and consistent data labelling, supporting high-quality machine learning outcomes and operational efficiency, especially during weekend hours.

What are some common challenges faced by Weekend Content Labelling professionals, and how can they be managed?

Weekend Content Labelling professionals often encounter challenges such as tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and the need for high accuracy, especially when labeling large volumes of content. Working independently during weekends may also mean less immediate support from teammates or supervisors. To manage these challenges, it's important to develop strong time management skills, maintain attention to detail, and proactively communicate with the team regarding any uncertainties. Taking scheduled breaks and using provided guidelines or tools can help maintain quality and efficiency.

Job description

Death is our only foe.

Blueprint was founded by Bryan Johnson, who has the world’s best comprehensive biomarkers. He is quantitatively the healthiest person on the planet.

Blueprint is methodically built on science. Bryan freely shares his protocol, learnings and data with everyone to use. Blueprint has also developed a family of nutritional products to make the benefits of the Blueprint protocol affordable and available to all.

We’re a small, tight-knit team working to clean up the global food supply, provide healthy food to everyone, and build Don’t Die into the most influential ideology in the world. We move quickly, work efficiently, and enjoy an environment defined by competence.

We're looking for a scrappy, sharp, always-on content creator to join our team and help capture Bryan's world in real time. This role is built for someone who lives and breathes social and instinctively knows what to shoot, how to sequence it, and how to make it land on platform. You'll be on the ground at events, appearances, and day-in-the-life moments, owning Instagram Stories and TikTok from capture to publish, while also supporting broader content production on quieter days. Assets captured in the field may be used and repurposed across formats and platforms (Reels, feed, and beyond) with publishing decisions made by the broader team. This role requires genuine flexibility — nights, weekends, and last-minute travel are part of the job. If you're fluent in trends, fast on your feet, a natural at drawing out great moments from talent, and thrive in close proximity to a high-profile personal brand, this is your role.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

  • Attend events, appearances, and day-in-the-life moments with Talent to capture real-time field content (photo, video, and BTS footage) often on short notice and including weekends
  • Shoot, sequence, and publish Instagram and TikTok Stories on-site, including shot selection, pacing, text overlays, and trend-reactive formats
  • Direct Talent in the moment — prompt him with questions to capture responses, feed him context or talking points so he can narrate what's happening, and help engineer intentional, docu-style assets in real time
  • Own IG/TikTok Story strategy beyond day-of execution — develop frameworks for community interaction, engagement mechanics (polls, Q&As, countdowns), and narrative arcs that deepen Bryan's relationship with his audience over time
  • On quieter days, repurpose field-captured assets across platforms (Reels, YouTube Shorts, X) and maintain the team's content bank — organizing, labeling, and archiving footage so it's easy to search and pull from
  • Build Canva assets including X/Twitter cross-posts and templated story frames

Basic Qualifications:

  • Exceptional iPhone videography and photography — knows how to make a phone shot look intentional
  • Fully available and on-call: able to work weekends, evenings, and travel on short notice based on Talent's schedule
  • Strong storytelling instinct: understands narrative sequencing and can structure a moment into a compelling story arc
  • Solid, fast copywriter — writes punchy captions, story text, and overlays that feel on-brand without heavy direction
  • Comfortable directing talent on the fly: can prompt, coach, and pull usable content out of a subject without slowing down the moment
  • Proficient in CapCut or Splice; Adobe Premiere proficiency encouraged

Preferred Skills:

  • Has a portfolio of BTS or event content shot for a personal brand, public figure, or creator
  • Experience developing Instagram Story strategy with a focus on community building, engagement, and audience growth
  • Familiarity with the longevity, biohacking, or high-performance wellness space
  • Experience supporting a personal brand at the individual level rather than just a brand or agency
  • Deep familiarity with Instagram and TikTok format trends — knows what's working before it peaks
  • Basic understanding of cross-platform content strategy across Instagram, X, and YouTube Shorts

Benefits

Salary Range: $85-110k + equity + benefits
