Weโ€™re looking for a Construction Crew Superintendent - CIPP in Knoxville, TNto oversee sewer rehabilitation projects using innovative methods like pipe bursting, UV CIPP lining, and other underground utility techniques. This is the perfect career opportunity to lead a talented crew, drive project success, and make a difference with a company that values quality, safety, and teamwork.

We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.

The starting salary is $95,000 per year. We offer 100% paid on-the-job training!

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Develop and implement master project plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire on-site teams to meet project goals.
  • Oversee the installation of sewer pipes, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and materials to keep timelines on track.
  • Communicate with internal teams, inspectors, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain detailed project records, including daily reports, time sheets, and equipment logs.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and support our culture of safety on-site.
What We Need Must-Have:
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
  • Experience: 3โ€“5 years as a Foreman or Superintendent and 5โ€“10 years in sewer and water pipe installation or heavy construction.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of pipe bursting, CIPP lining, service installations, and equipment setup for line and grade, and the ability to operate machinery.
  • Skills: Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel), excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
  • Physical Ability: Lift up to 40 lbs and operate heavy equipment with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Travel Readiness: Willing to travel 90% of the time during weekdays with weekends typically at home. Includes per diem and company-provided lodging.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Class A or B CDL license or can obtain one.
  • Strong electrical background and knowledge of traffic plans.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
  • Familiarity with safety and emergency procedures.
  • Leadership experience in construction project management.
