Job description

Trueline is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join their team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role will lead field execution while also overseeing quality control and safety, offering strong long-term growth with a highly respected and well-positioned contractor. Seeking experienced Superintendents with federal construction, healthcare construction, and government projects,
What You'll Do as the Construction Superintendent:
  • Lead day-to-day site operations from project kickoff through completion
  • Serve as the on-site leader managing subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
  • Oversee project quality control and enforce site-specific safety programs
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and project safety requirements
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and critical path milestones
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers on progress, reporting, and cost tracking
  • Review scopes of work, approve pricing, and support procurement efforts
  • Conduct inspections and implement quality control procedures
  • Act as the primary on-site representative, maintaining strong client relationships
  • Lead project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders

Must-Haves as the Construction Superintendent:
  • 5+ years of construction site leadership experience
  • Experience working on healthcare or medical construction projects
