Job description

General Laborer – Construction Cleanup

Location: Kapolei, HI
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Pay Schedule: Paid Weekly

We're currently hiring dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support an active construction project in Kapolei. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in maintaining a safe and organized job site, we'd love to hear from you!

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with construction, warehouse, landscaping, demolition, or general labor experience. If you're reliable, have a strong work ethic and don't mind physical work, we encourage you to apply.

Work Schedule
  • Full-time

  • Monday through Friday (unless otherwise directed by the client)

  • 8-hour shifts

  • Morning schedule

  • Candidates must have open availability between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing

As a General Laborer, you'll play an important role in keeping the construction site clean, safe, and running efficiently. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Perform construction site cleanup.

  • Hand shovel and move dirt or debris.

  • Remove construction debris and maintain a clean work area.

  • Assist construction crews with general labor tasks.

  • Load, lift, carry, and move materials throughout the job site.

  • Follow all site safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

  • Perform additional labor duties as assigned by the site supervisor.

What We're Looking For
  • Reliable transportation to the job site in Kapolei.

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more throughout the workday.

  • Steel-toe boots are required.

  • Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.

  • Willingness to perform manual labor for the duration of each shift.

  • Must be able to successfully complete E-Verify and a pre-employment drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

The following certifications are a plus, but not required:

  • OSHA Training

  • 30-Hour HAZWOPER Certification

  • Other construction safety certifications
