About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Territory Sales Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team within the flooring and building materials industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and support.
The successful candidate will work closely with existing customers while helping expand opportunities within key hospitality, retail, builder, and design sectors. This position offers a unique mix of sales support, account management, customer education, merchandising, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and service existing customer accounts across retail, builder, hospitality, and design channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, hotel partners, and industry representatives
  • Assist with product presentations, customer training sessions, and educational seminars
  • Coordinate sampling, displays, merchandising, and showroom support
  • Help execute trade shows, customer events, and promotional initiatives
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and industry updates
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to support territory growth and customer success
  • Participate in occasional travel, events, and weekend trade show support as required
  • Maintain organized inventory and upkeep of displays and sales materials
