Are you a passionate coffee enthusiast who thrives on leadership and genuine connection? If youre ready to bridge the gap between our vision and our daily operations, you might be our next leader! Were looking for an energetic, talented professional to support our General Manager in keeping our shop at peak performance.


Who you are:

  • Operational Leader Someone who can support administrative tasks, manage labor, and hit speed-of-service goals.
  • High-Level Coach A mentor who provides consistent coaching to Shift Leaders and Baristas while facilitating new hire training.
  • Accountability Pro A leader who ensures every team member adheres to MOKAs core values and safety protocols.
  • Industry Expert Preferably 12 years of experience in the coffee or food service industry with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Organized Problem Solver A multi-tasker with excellent communication skills who can resolve conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable & Committed Ready to work 30+ hours per week, including weekends and holidays.

What you'll do:

  • Drive Excellence Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and assume full responsibility for the store in their absence.
  • Mentor the Team Conduct regular performance check-ins and provide on-the-spot coaching to elevate our service.
  • Manage Inventory Oversee inventory counts and assist with ordering to prevent supply shortages.
  • Model "Strong Vibes" Ensure the team maintains a genuine connection with each other and the community.
  • Maintain the Store Ensure the interior and exterior remain pristine through regular audits and equipment maintenance.

  • Leadership Responsibility You will report directly to the General Manager to drive store success.
  • Fast-Paced Environment A high-energy role that requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
